Everyone has heard of Hydroxycut. Hydroxycut is a popular fat burner. Hydroxycut has been deemed as an effective weight loss supplement. The new Hydroxycut no longer has ephedrine in it now, but it is still dangerous. As of May 1st of this year, Hydroxycut has been recalled because it has been linked to liver damage. Many of Hydroxycut products have been recalled from fat burners to energy enhancers.
Here are the names: Hydroxycut Regular Rapid Release Caplets, Caffeine-Free Rapid Release Caplets, Hardcore Liquid Caplets, Max Liquid Caplets, Regular Drink Packets, Caffeine-Free Drink Packets, Hardcore Drink Packets (Ignition Stix), Max Drink Packets, Liquid Shots, Hardcore RTDS, Max Aqua Shed, Hydroxycut 24, Hydroxycut Carb Control, Hydroxycut Natural. Hydroxycut has caused liver damage, elevated liver enzyme, and liver damage so severe that a transplant is required. Other health problems include seizures and cardiovascular problems. It has not been determined which ingredient in Hydroxycut has caused these adverse effects. Hydroxycut Cleanse and Hoodia has not been affected by the recall status. People were strongly urged to discontinue use of these Hydroxycut Products. We should always be careful when considering supplements. I know I am very cautious about anything that goes into my body.
